Tools run in your browser

Calculations and conversions are executed locally in your browser. The operator does not receive the values you enter. There are no accounts, no cookies and no analytics or tracking.

Information saved in your browser

The site saves your acknowledgement and selected tool preferences in local storage in your browser. This is stored on your device, not sent to the operator, and remains there until you clear this website's data in your browser settings. The site does not use cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time to deliver and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement. Data may be processed in the USA or other countries.

Cloudflare and technical security measures

Cloudflare, Inc. provides the domain's DNS and, when its proxy is enabled, proxies and protects requests to this site. If the proxy is temporarily disabled or bypassed, a visitor's request may instead go directly to GitHub Pages. When Cloudflare handles a request, it may process the visitor's IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and connection information, and security-related signals to deliver the site and protect against abusive or automated traffic.

Cloudflare may process this technical data in countries outside Switzerland. For details, see Cloudflare's privacy policy. The providers operate their infrastructure and determine their own retention periods under their policies; the operator does not control or have access to all provider-side logs.

Third-party services

No tool APIs are currently used. If a tool is added that sends data to an external service, the service and data sent will be listed on APIs & third parties and described in that tool. Those providers have their own privacy policies.

Contact by email

If you contact the operator by email or through GitHub, the information you provide is used to respond and handle your request. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal data that the operator holds about you via the contact details in the imprint. Provider-hosted technical logs may be held and controlled by GitHub or Cloudflare rather than the operator; their privacy policies describe requests to those providers.
