Personal open-source hobby project

sysadminsuite.com is a personal, non-commercial open-source hobby project. It is maintained on a best-effort basis in the operator's spare time. No paid service, professional advice, support, maintenance, security updates or particular availability is promised. Any future voluntary donations will not purchase a service.

Use at your own risk

sysadminsuite.com is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of correctness, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the site and all tools entirely at your own risk and must verify results before relying on them, especially in production systems. The tools are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Keep independent backups and do not use a tool in a production environment until you have tested and understood its output.

No responsibility, no liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims responsibility and excludes liability for loss or damage arising from or in connection with access to, use of, or inability to use this site, its tools or linked/third-party services. This includes, to the extent legally excludable, direct or indirect loss, data loss, system damage, lost profits, service interruption and reliance on information or tool results. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool is suitable for your purpose and for checking its output before acting on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Third-party services

Tools that use external services will identify them and describe the data sent on APIs & third parties. The operator does not control those services and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their content, availability, security or data handling.

Acceptance

Please read these terms and the privacy policy before using the site. The site's acknowledgement dialog records your acknowledgement in your browser; it does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived or replace any consent required by law for a particular data use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Changes

The operator may change the site and these terms at any time. Material changes may require you to accept again.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law applies to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Any dispute shall be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the applicable procedural law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court where mandatory law permits or requires it, or otherwise restricts mandatory consumer protections.
